Fire Risk Assessment
Trade Fire is able to carry out a fully documented fire risk assessment on behalf of your company for your customer and then return the completed document to you with your companies name and logo, ready for you to prescient it to them yourself.
A fire risk assessment is the key document that provides the description of the building, its use and persons who are at risk of fire. It is the statutory requirement for the Responsible Person to ensure that a current and up to date fire risk assessment is in place.
The document will contain a summary of the management of fire safety, hazards, fire escape routes, hazardous substances and general fire precautions. If there are any concerns or action to be taken, they will be highlighted within the fire action plan at the back of the report.
Under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the responsible person/duty holder must carry out a fire safety risk assessment and implement and maintain a fire management/action plan. Failure to carry this out could result in a fine, imprisonment, or both for your customer.
