The VESDA Sampling Hole Clip ensures precise, consistent hole diameters while making sampling points easy to identify. Each clip is colour-coded to indicate its specific hole size, providing instant visual confirmation without the need for close inspection.

This is especially valuable during commissioning and maintenance in large or open areas such as warehouses. Installation is simplified, requiring only a 10mm (27/64”) drill bit to create the hole, into which the ready-to-fit clip is inserted, eliminating the need for multiple drill sizes or additional tools.

Ideal for subcontracted projects or installers unfamiliar with the impact of sampling hole size, the clip supports accurate system setup and improved reliability. Its chamfered entry design helps reduce dust build-up caused by airflow friction, minimising dust loading and supporting increased system uptime and potentially longer service intervals.

Supplied as a single, installation-ready component, the clips are available in Standard and Harsh Environment versions. The Harsh Environment variant features a flexible lip that responds to compressed air, helping to dislodge ice, fibres, or dust accumulation, making it particularly suitable for challenging applications such as freezer environments.
