The Pepperl+Fuchs KFD0-CS-Ex2.51P is a dual-channel intrinsically safe current driver and signal repeater, designed for secure transfer of analogue signals between hazardous and non-hazardous areas.

Ideal for fire alarm, smoke detection, and industrial process control systems, it reliably transmits 0–40 mA signals while providing galvanic isolation between field and control circuits. Being loop-powered, it requires no additional safe-area power supply.

Certified to SIL 2 (SC 3) with reverse polarity protection and approved for Zone 0, 1, and 2 hazardous locations, the KFD0-CS-Ex2.51P is suited to safety-critical applications involving detectors, I/P converters, valves, indicators, and audible alarms.
